Systems Analyst:

Analyze processes and systems requirements to modify or develop new design and test procedures to automate/improve existing systems. Modify, design, create and test systems/programs with Oracle 11.5.10/R12, SQL, PL/SQL, MS Office, Projects, MS Access, Snag It, Camtasia Studio Six Sigma, Statistical Quality Control and Simulation Modeling. Test and maintain systems and programs. Find code problems and correct. Assist users in resolving systems problems. Confer with users on systems principles and computer program needs. Must be able to travel to client sites, if required.

Require Master of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus 1 year experience in the job offered, systems analyst, developer or related field. 1 year experience to include design, create, implementation, and support of Oracle ERP 11i/R12 modules (Purchase, Inventory, Receivables, and Auto Management modules) and experience in P2P process (iProcurement), SDLC process and SOX compliance.

Business Analyst:

Perform business analysis/modeling using SIPOC and MS Visio and make recommendations for new systems and procedures. Gather, analyze, organize, crunch and define business/financial data using Rational RequisitePro and MS Office Applications. Identify process problems, prepare process flow, plan and develop solutions to automate or improve business process. Prepare project plans, process documentation and confer with management. Prepare manuals, BRDs, use cases, quantitative business cases through financial or other modeling with Oracle HRMS platform. Design and execute test plans/strategies/scenarios/cases with Quality Center. Work with IT and management personnel in implementing systems or procedures. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes in forms and reports. Plan and execute cost-benefit analysis and gap Analysis. Travel to client sites, if required.

Require Master’s in business administration, finance, international marketing, information systems, or related field.
